Raise a Returns Request within 14 days of product delivery.


All you need to know about returning your products purchased from is given here in a nutshell. All we want you is to have peace of mind and be confident about every purchase you make through It is quite easy and free. You may return the products to via Royal Mail.

You may return the product if you don’t like its shape, size, colour, quality within 14 days of its despatch from Surza completely free of charge. You will get a replacement or refund depending on availability of the stock. In the event of unwanted products, especially when your order has been despatched or even delivered, you need to follow certain procedures to return them safely to –

1.Fill up a Product Return form online here. When you submit your form online, you will receive an email with complete instructions to print your Product Return label.

2. Pack your returns securely using all the original packaging material possible and paste the returns label on it.

3. Return the package via Royal Mail to avoid any further discrepancies. Later, keep us informed about any certificate of posting details.

4. When your returns is received at Surza, it will be processed, and replaced or refunded depending on the stock’s availability, within 14 days from the time of its receipt at Surza.


You are eligible for product replacement (if in stock) or money refund if you received a defective, faulty or damaged item; unhappy about the item’s quality; the item is different from what is described on our website; or any issue with its size or fit. On the contrary, you are not eligible for product replacement (if in stock) or money refund if the items have been worn, washed or soiled; items sold as sets or combos (individual items are not eligible); inner-wears or lingerie on account of hygiene; or branded electronic items whose seal is opened (in electronic items their return/replacement/repair policy will apply).


1. Product must be in its original condition with its original tags

2. Product’s packaging should be intact with all its accessories in it

3. If the product’s value is less than INR 1000, refund is done in SD Cash which can be used in the next one year either in parts or fully

4. Return Policy is brand specific. The items we source are bound by specific brand policies of exchange, repair, refunds or cancellations thereby binding the customers accordingly
